It matches the photos and what was offered. Good quality. The box came slightly damaged, as seen in one of the photos, but that has not affected the product at all. I bought it because I don't have space for a microwave, and it heats very well. No more cold meals!

It works well for now, we will have to test it with food. The packaging came very damaged and we feared the worst, but inside it was fine.

It's much warmer than I expected. I bought it to warm up baby's side dishes, but it's too hot for the baby, so I can't use it for that purpose. It's perfect for heating up food that doesn't need to be cooked. I haven't tried it with hot pot dishes yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
