It matches the photos and what was offered. Good quality. The box came slightly damaged, as seen in one of the photos, but that has not affected the product at all. I bought it because I don't have space for a microwave, and it heats very well. No more cold meals!

It's much warmer than I expected. I bought it to warm up baby's side dishes, but it's too hot for the baby, so I can't use it for that purpose. It's perfect for heating up food that doesn't need to be cooked. I haven't tried it with hot pot dishes yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
