These are great parrot foraging toys, and i recommend them highly. however, i ordered 3 of them and they were sent in 2 separate parcels without any notification to me of that decision. the first toy arrived several days before the other 2, so i thought there had been an error packing my order and began a refund request (which has now been cancelled). my feeling is that customers should get more detailed shipping info if an order is being split this way. otherwise, all was well and the seller got my merchandise to me safely.
